Ordering & Shipping

• Orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed by 2:30 PM EST typically ship that same day.
• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the next business day. 
• You will receive an email order confirmation right after you place your order, and another one with tracking information right after it ships.

Shipping Options

1. For all bottle purchases we will ship your order anywhere in the continental United States, USPS 1st Class Mail for a flat $5.99. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
   
   
2. Or, you may choose our expedited shipping options.  Real-time postage cost calculations will be provided upon checkout. Please allow 2-5 days business days for delivery.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS from the San Francisco bay area, zip code 94577. Delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS or GoLove. Delivery estimates from USPS can be found here.

Please note: orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. A complete list of holiday closures can be found below under "Closed for the Holidays".

Business days are considered Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days for packages, regardless of the shipping speed selected.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, EnRoute and JCB credit cards. The transaction will appear on your billing statement as "GL, Inc. (626) 222-5904".

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can login to your Account any time for real-time delivery status updates. Or, feel free to Contact Us and we’d be happy to help. 

e-Gift Cards

Do you know anyone who could use more comfort (mom, sister, aunt, grandma)? Gift a gift with an e-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards are delivered by e-mail and include a unique promotion code, to be entered in the "Gift Card" field during checkout.

Discounted or free shipping offers include Ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. If you wish to receive your order sooner, you can select and pay for an expedited shipping option.
