Ordering & Shipping

• Orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (not on Saturday or Sunday).
• Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST typically ship that same day, but please allow up to 24 hours to process.
• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the next business day. 
• You will receive an email order confirmation right after you place your order, and another one with the tracking information when it ships.

Shipping Options

Order by 2:00PM ET and orders are processed within within 24 hours. Select from standard or expedited shipping options:

Standard—Delivery 2-5 business days (after processing time).

Priority—Delivery 2-4 business days (after processing time).

Three-Day—Delivery 3 business days (after processing time).

Two-Day—Delivery 2 business days (after processing time).

Next-Day—Delivery 1 business day (after processing time)

Shipping FAQ Info:

• Standard Shipping is typically via sent USPS or DHL. 
• Expedited shipping is typically via UPS or FedEx. Delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS/FedEx or GoLove/TickleKitty.
• Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. A complete list of holiday closures can be found below.
• Business days are considered Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days for packages, regardless of the shipping speed selected.
• If you place a "Next-Day" shipping order on a Friday before 2:00 PM EST, your order will most likely be delivered on Monday, but possibly Tuesday (order processing can take up to 24 hours). 
• Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or misdelivery caused by the carrier or other external factors. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders $169+ qualify for Free Standard Shipping (estimated 2–6 business days in transit, after order processing time).

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal. The transaction will appear on your billing statement as "TK, Inc."

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can login to your Account any time for real-time delivery status updates. Or, feel free to Contact Us and we’d be happy to help. 

e-Gift Cards

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Discounted or free shipping offers include Ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. If you wish to receive your order sooner, you can select and pay for an expedited shipping option.

While our GoLove/TickleKitty boutique is open 24/7, our warehouse is closed and we do not ship on the following holidays:
